THE MYSTERY OF RECREATING DAYLIGHT HAS BEEN SOLVED
The ,,Skylighter” LED luminaire designed by manufacturers in collaboration with Vilnius University scientists. It is an excellent example of the successful synergy between science and industry. The ,,Biownlight” mixing technology of six light sources has no analogues in the world – it is capable to effectively simulate natural daylight indoors, where natural light is insufficient. “I would like to emphasize the meaning of the project and one of the greatest values that ,,Biownlight” is bringing. Light is one of the major determinants of our lifestyle and biological cycles. Light with specific parameters regulates our sleep – wake cycle, immune responses, appetite, sets our body clock and even in flues our functions and behavior. Research has shown that person feels better in natural daylight. This is our human nature. Now, the speed of life is so intense and most of the time we are spending indoors exposed to artificial light, which has a negative impact on our mood and work productivity”.

SMART TECHNOLOGY AND LIGHT MANAGEMENT SYSTEM
The unique design and technology of the ,,Skylighter” is easily adaptable to a wide range of applications – offices, schools, hospitals, manufacturing facilities and more. The luminaire can be hanged or installed in/on the ceiling, and the special shape of the luminaire allows light to spread widely without glare the people in the room.
There are a two ways to control a smart luminaire or a group of them. You can choose using a switch or a smart program/app which provides an opportunity to change the light intensity and color for example, Enhanced Circadian to ECO circadian mode or Individual mode. BIOWNLIGHT technology equipped luminaires allow you to improve comfort and create conditions for productive working environment. The highest quality light helps to reduce negative effects of night shift work in manufacturing facilities.
In order to support the natural human biorhythm during the day, the luminaire automatically changes light intensity and color temperature parameters – the light is more intense in the morning with a significant blue spectrum, and less intense reddish with minimal blue in the evening.
